Description
The Toobish XL model rocket uses short tube sections for fins to guide the rocket through the air! It's a great first model for older elementary school or middle school age kids, as it assembles with just wood glue or school glue and a scissors or hobby knife. An adult can assemble the kit in about 15 minutes, though a classroom of kids may take 2 1 hour sessions. Tube fins have higher drag than traditional rocket fins, which allows this model to be flown on a smaller field--which is great for successful recovery! It comes with a 24mm to 29mm motor adapter that allows it to fly well on C through F motors, including 24mm black powder motors, as well as 24mm and 29mm composite motors. Its 15 inch nylon parachute recovery brings it safely back to earth. Nose cone and parachute color may vary.
