3D Printed PNC-75mm-KS Nose Cone

This custom 3D printed ABS plastic ogive nose cone is up to 8 inches (20.3 cm) long for 3 inch body tubes. Note that there are a variety of "3 inch" body tubes available, each with slightly different outside and inside diameters. To better fit your specific tube dimensions, please enter the tube inside diameter and outside diameter below. We will print your tube to your specifications. The maximum length for this nose cone is 8 inches, which is a short format ogive shape for this diameter range. The nose cone is sturdy at 2 mm thick, and comes in 2 parts--the shoulder and the nose cone.  Just epoxy or CA glue the shoulder to the nose cone.  The shoulder includes a shock cord attachment strut. The 3D printed texture can be smoothed out with some wood filler and sanding.
