1/8 inch thick Custom Centering Rings (per ring)

We'll cut your custom plywood centering rings for you!  Supported materials include 1/8 inch or 1/4 inch birch plywood. 1/8 inch ply is suitable for mid power applications where the difference in motor tube and airframe diameter is less than 3 inches. For larger tubes, use 1/4 inch plywood. Like all our centering rings, we include pre-scored eye bolt and Kevlar mounting holes, and a pre-scored space to slide your centering rings past a rail button. If you don't need the holes in the rings, just smear some wood glue or epoxy into the score marks, and it's airtight. Just let us know your specifications:

• Inside diameter
  Give us the outside diameter of your motor tube, in millimeters
  Note that this measurement is almost never as simple as "29mm" or "38mm." That's the inside diameter of a motor tube. A thin wall 29mm motor tube outside diameter is typically about 29.7mm, whereas a thick wall motor tube is typically 31.2mm outside diameter. You should get out a set of calipers and measure the outside diameter of the motor tube, ideally with a motor installed so you don't deform the tube.
• Outside diameter
  Give us the inside diameter of your airframe tube, in millimeters
  Calipers are the best way to measure the inside diameter.
• Any custom text you want engraved on the rings
  A phone number or NAR/TRA number is handy to have permanently on your rocket.

Price is for 1 centering ring, so be sure to specify how many rings you need.  We'll come as close to your specified size as possible, but you may need to sand the inside or outside diameter slightly to fit your tubes.
